Permits Made Easy
PermitPro provides a centralised database to contain all your important information about a job. PermitPro allows you to quickly find any recorded job and will generate great looking Building Permits, Occupancy Permits and Certificates of Final Inspection plus a host of other council notifications. It's simplified 'quick' job process creates basic job information to register the job. All information in PermitPro is tracked recording both who and when the information was created as well as who and when this same information was last changed.

Track Inspections
PermitPro provides a sophisticated inspection management and notification system. PermitPro tracks both the Building Permit required inspections and the actual inspections conducted. Highlights are raised when the number of actual inspections exceeds the original required inspections so you can reconcile costs versus revenue. PermitPro is capable of recording all the inspection results and directions which can then be provided to your clients from standard PermitPro reports.

Know Who's Available When
PermitPro also provides a means to book inspections for today or in the future. These inspections can then be assigned to an inspector to perform the inspection. PermitPro manages both inspector availability and public holidays to ensure inspection bookings are made on dates when staff are available to perform inspections.
